You can tell that the restaurant is run with a lot of passion! Very warm innkeeper, nice and cozy half-timbered house from the 17th century, excellent food with daily specials. Special requests will be dealt with in a friendly manner. Particularly to recommend: the homemade ginger-orange-lemonade and for dessert "Die 3 Küsschen" - see photo - (of your choice 1 dessert, 1 coffee / tea / espresso ... 1 liqueur / schnapps ...).

Excellent food, loving atmosphere and warm friendliness! Everything freshly and deliciously prepared. Always something for vegetarians or vegans.

Interesting ambience between "today" and "history"; very attentive, friendly service, delicious dishes, innovative ideas! Always very happy!

We were with 4 people in the glass factory on a Sunday evening. And we loved it. Service and food were just great! How come again!

Cozy restaurant. Beautiful preserved half-timbered house with many visible wooden elements. Outside area available. Wide range of beers and an extensive selection of schnapps. The food is good. Super friendly hosts - put their hearts into it. We'll be back and would be happy to recommend the location!

A great inn !!! The combination of half-timbering and glass is very interesting and wonderful. The food is just delicious, always fresh, very down-to-earth cuisine. The staff is really super nice and friendly, change requests are not a problem. Great!

It's a shame that there aren't many more places in Germany where the team does its work with such passion as you do! The ambience is also unique. You feel good in the glass factory. Despite difficult C-19 situation. We would love to come back! It makes sense to reserve a table.

Quaint restaurant in a former half-timbered house that would be encased with a glass facade. "Nomen est omen". The food was delicious and well prepared. Friendly service and the Corona measures implemented appropriately. Price-performance ratio fits.

Looking forward to a nice evening, good food in a pleasant atmosphere and bitterly disappointed. Despite a table reservation on the upper floor by telephone, we were only offered an outside seat or table in the taproom behind a Spanish wall after a renewed consultation on site. This did not meet our expectations. The lady at the bar made no further offers and said goodbye with the words "pity". "It's a shame" if the overall good image of the restaurant is affected by such poor service. We had a nice evening elsewhere.

There is an appealing menu with great products. The food tasted delicious and freshly prepared. The service was friendly and humorous. The ambience is particularly noteworthy, as it is an old half-timbered house, which was glazed and thus immediately catches the eye. All in all, this place is very authentic. We would love to come back.

Found this while looking for a place outside of Wiesbaden and in the area of good motorcycling roads. This place did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their offerings. Food was perfectly cooked and flavored. They also offer a nice selection of liquors. I'll definitely be going back there. Make sure you make a reservation. We got lucky.

Both the service and the food were very good. Here the schnitzel is breaded itself and the gravy is also cooked itself. You can taste it! You don't get to see it that often anymore ...

We had a wonderful experience. Even though they only had opened for a closed group, they accommodated us ( four adults and one toddler) in the friendliest manner. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding. Thank you so much for a great evening.

Through the Hessian television attentive to this inn, reserved a table and go. Very friendly staff led us to our kl. Outdoor table. So more rustic decor, but cozy, exactly our thing and sharp food. Later a nice conversation with the boss personally, who made us aware of the special feature of the house, the over 400 years old framework with the superior glass facade. But absolute recommendation is the kitchen

The restaurant was a very nice first experience. The building alone is very worth seeing. The historical outline of the building was nicely listed on the first page of the menu. The food was very fresh and cooked perfectly. The desire to change a menu was possible without any problems. Between order and serve it did not take long, also there was fresh bread with two different dips that had tasted very good. The wait staff were very friendly and I look forward to a second visit.

What an amazingly delicious meal. We are still animated. The fried potatoes were a poem, alas, everything was perfect. And the dessert was already close to assault, as good as it was. The staff was very charming, friendly and in good shape. Perfect. 😋

Great food and fresh too! The staff is friendly and speak English too. The outdoor seating is nice and roomy. The service can be slow, but that's what you get for food cooked fresh for you every time.

A very nice restaurant with lots of charm and good food. The waiter was friendly and competent in the advice of the wine. Unfortunately, we would have to wait a long time for our food. After all, we could change because of the long waiting time from the outside terrace inside.

Very tasty food. The steak was nice medium and the onions and fried potatoes were perfect. The conditions were sympathetically sarcastic. The building and the equipment are old, but in a good condition. The prices are a bit expensive.

The food is always fresh- each week they have a new weekly menu, often with local favourites. The staff is very helpful and courteous, taking their time to explain the menu and give recommendations. We will be going back often.
